Supporting Emmanuel Church financially

We fundraise both to raise money for running Emmanuel Church and for other good causes.

Regular donations

If you’re a member of our community, and want to give money regularly to support our work, we encourage you to give through the Parish Giving Scheme. This is a national direct debit scheme for churches that lets us claim any Gift Aid right away, and helps us with our cash flow. You can find out more details of the scheme on the Parish Giving Scheme website here and if you decide you would like to join, then please pick up a pack in church or contact the church treasurer. 100% of your donation will come to us.

You can also donate at each service either through our envelope scheme or by cash donation. Please ask at a service or contact the treasurer.

One-off donations

You can donate to the parish online directly to our bank account. Please contact the treasurer for bank account details.

If you’d like to give a one-off donation by cheque please make it payable to ‘Emmanuel Church’ and post it to the church:

Emmanuel Church,
Southill Garden Drive,

Gift Aid

If you are a tax payer we can reclaim the tax on your donations.

if you join the Parish Giving Scheme this will be done automatically for us if applicable.

Please either contact the treasurer for a gift aid form or you can complete a Gift Aid envelope in church when you make a donation.

Donate to church whilst you shop online

We have an EasyFundraising account, where big retailers donate to church every time you shop online through the portal.

Hope House

In 2018 the Parish purchased the former Vicarage next door to the St John’s Church. It is now being developed into a centre for children, young people and families and is called Hope House.

We need your support to be able to achieve our vision and the best way to help us to move forward is to make a donation to the project.

Make a one off donation via Give a Little.

Set up a regular payment via The Parish Giving Scheme.
